If I register my itouch?
every time I attach my itouch to the computer and my itunes library opens I get prompted to register it. If I do is there any chance that my less than legal downloads(don't judge me!!!!!) will get deleted??

They might get deleted, they might not, but I say that if you're worried about it just don't register and turn the register popup off (there should be a tick box that says 'display on start' or something similar, uncheck this box)

I don't think so. The register thing is just so that they know when you purchased the iPod. This way, if something goes wrong and you have to take it in, they can see if the iPod's still under warranty. They don't check to see where you get songs from and they don't erase your stuff.
