    x^2= 0.64453125

    9.6=(1.28)^2/(.110)(x)^2

    9.6/14.894545455=14.894545455/14.894545455

    9.6/14.894545455=0.64453125

    x^2= 64453125

    Since x is at the denominator, you should be able to multiply with 0.110x^2 and then divide with the constants and finally take the square root on both sides.

    Multiply with the denominator: 9.6*0.110x^2 = 1.28^2

    Divide with the constants: x^2 = 1.28^2 / (9,6*0.110)

    And finally, since x is squared, you should take the square root: x = (1.28^2 / (9.6*0.110))^0,5
