Question about dyeing hair from light to dark?
I have dyed light brown/dark blonde hair and want to go a darker brown. I can't afford to go to the salon so I would like to be able to dye it myself. How can I make sure when I dye it it's more of an ashy brown and not reddish? Several months ago I dyed my very dyed blonde hair to this darker blonde, and it has an auburn tint to it now I would like to get rid of. Any advice on doing this would be very appreciated!

Try to get a darker shade of ash brown, Perfect10 and Clairol are good brands.
