Is Yahoo! answers aware that their spell check leaves a lot to be desired?

For instance, I omitted the space in 'a lot', and spell check offered 'allot' as the best choice. Also, the spell check seems to have a great deal of difficulty recognizing people's names and some possessive forms--someones, etc. Finally, it has checked me on words I spelled absolutely right.
