phillip island super bikes have they not got the idea need to be on it to win it?
well it seem to me i will have to wait for cooktown 100 , northwest 200 etc for some real racing. but do you think they are to mad in world super bike to be worth watching. i think road racing is the better one to watch. what do you think

Tough call, I think the NW200 is the maddest race on the planet. so many bikes on a road circuit at the same time, probably followed by Macau. The TT is more sane, with the 10 second intervals keeping it safer. But the comparison with short circuits is unfair. the riders know on the short circuit its fairly safe to come off. Not on the road circuits. Brick walls and armco are not what you need when on the edge. Im not saying John Mc and Co are not on the edge. But they are not as quick as the Short circuit boys. Could be down to tyres or surfaces. ?
The races atPhilip Isand are not a good guide to the season. as there was a lot of wind (usual for Philip island) Im not certain the Suzuki will perform as well on some of the other tracks, and the Yamaha's and Ducatis will.
Its bike Racing - and always worth watching wherever it is.
