I used to do the same thing when I got a nasty email. I'd not allow email for a few weeks, but then change it back to allowing. There's really no need to stop allowing email through Yahoo! Answers. No one sees your email address, so that person doesn't have it. All you have to do is block that person, then they can't email you again.
You can forward the email the the Yahoo! Answers Team:
y_answrs@yahoo.com (the missing 'e' is correct)

Well from what I gather we are all on the honor system and it's up to all of us to keep one another in check and if we don't do it then things are going to get out of hand so yes report him or her.
