Cool Sweet Sixteen ideas for a party of about 30?

That includes family and friends. It's in August, and I don't have a pool. Its about equal boys to girl ratio when it comes to the friends. I'm not looking necessarily for themes but just for fun and not too expensive things to do. I was thinking either a backyard luau(spelling) or having a backyard barebue with an ice cream sundae slip and slide :)

    You can get water toys at Wal-mart. An inflatable limbo game. Water guns. Water balloon fight.

    That icecream sundae slip and slide will be very,very sticky.. lol
