I can't straighten my elbow without it hurting?
I intentionally snapped my elbow to full extension yesterday because I could feel a crick in it and now I can feel what feels like a tendon moving when I completely straighten my elbow and it hurts when I do so. I've seen similar things described as tennis elbow, and was going to take my driver's test today. Any temporary quick fixes I could use to get me through the test?

Try taking ibuprofen, put ibuprofen gel on the affected area if you can get hold of some. I find that heat works better than cold on painful joints (I've inherited bad joints from my mum so I get problems like this alot) so try a hot water bottle, a heat pack or something similar.
