I need some good boardshorts for my brother?

I'm getting the brother a present, he asked for boardshorts. He's 22, but a medical/medical law student so he's getting smarter by the year. He owns no t-shirts, some polos, mainly work shirts now. He wants some decent board/walkshorts in shades of grey, green, navy or black.
