Can paranormal things make a person very angry and mean for no reason? Can they cause bad luck?

I lived in a house just like that for many years. I saw,heard and physically touched paranormal stuff. Yes,spirits can influence your decision making and actions. I have been influenced beyond forgivability of myself. I had a very negative spirit that entered me at times and made me a very mean and indecent person. I did things I would never think of doing--things I am 100% against as a human being and a Christian. I ask God every single day to forgive things I did while living in that house. My children and X husband were also "controlled" at times,and since moving off that property we have all gotten back to normal.

I can tell you spirits can turn a sober person into a drunken b*tch. They can manipulate your thinking in many ways. And once they know what they can and can't do with you they will keep torturing you mentally and physically until you rid your property from them or move yourself and hope they don't follow you. I have had spirits follow me before,but luckily not the evil entity that tore my family apart a few years ago.

Everyone who ever visited that particular home sensed something evil there. Kids who spent the night with my kids swore they saw ghosts,devils,shadow people,red glowing eyes,heard voices of chanting,singing,whispering,and even saw stuffed animals and dolls move by themselves.

I became an angry,depressed person too,and had (still have) horrible nightmares about bad things happening to my son,daughter,parents..........

It was so bad I saw THREE shrinks to see if I was going fukking crazy.ALL of them said I was sane as they come and 2 of them believed I was being influenced by some outer force.I also have a gift (or curse,however you look at it) of communicating with my 24 year old daughter.We just know what's happening with each other. It's not a 24/7 thing. It comes and goes.Also,my daughter & granddaughter have the ability to see "ghosts" as do I.

It's NOT like "The Ghost Whisperer"...leading ghosts into "the light". We just see good and evil spirits.It's completely random. But,I also have witnessed a daily visitor at that home every morning and sometimes in the afternoon.It would sound like a car driving up our lane,then the slam of a cardoor.Then our door would open & close and I'd hear footsteps comming upstairs to my den.They always stopped at my door.

So many things happened at that house it would take me days & days of typing to even touch on the bigger ones.

But yes,if you are having mood swings that aren't like you and if you are getting angry with the kids over silly things then I'd bet you were being influenced by a spirit. My advice is live there as short as possible. I would get out. I didn't have that option,but when I finally did get it we were all gone from our hellhouse.

If you can't move,I suggest a total property cleanse. Not just room to room.I'm talking about every inch of your property. Find a reputable group (not advisable for 1 person to do),and give it the works. You need to bless every single person there and pray for strength from God The Father.Rebuke,in Jesus' name,anything evil or unholy from that house and all surrounding buildings (garages,sheds etc) and go to the entire property line praying for riddance of this entity.A lot of people reccommend smudging,or burning sage in every corner of every room in the house,and to all 4 corners of the property,and as a Native American I have heard of doing this but never have. I don't think the "act" of smudging itself is what rids the place of these spirits,but the belief and faith in God that you are reprimanding the spirit with durring smudging that has the effect of purification.

I read it all & sympathize w/ you! Poor thing! Your anger & stuff COULD just be stress. I did the same thing w/ I had constant pain & was out of work & stressed out about life & money. I had to make a conscious effort to NOT be angry about everything all the time!

Now about the paranormal activity. It's interesting--I'd try to catch some of it on film if it was in my home!

However, here's my thinking: Bottom line, is that most spirits want energy. Bad spirits want you to die. They don't have a lot of power so they try everything they can & it's a slow process. They cause stress & strife in your home life by doing all these little things which make you wonder if you're even sane, they you and your family members get alienated and unhappy w/ each other which causes unrest, sadness, fear, anger, suspicion, etc. These feelings build & build & can make people commit suicide or murder.

Sounds like you're smart enough not to let anything bad happen, but beware!

Yes, if someone gets really moody and so out of character and you need to have an open mind for what i advice and say:

A spirit who is in the room can sometimes have effect on living beings in the same room because they empath that spirits feelings. I have seen it many times and I've experienced it. If you want this to stop you have to call all the spirits to you by first clearing your mind and then if your mood starts to shift then you know that they're there. Forcefully say something like "Okay, this is our home. Leave Now and never come back." Something along the lines of that.

Heather,wow this a lot of info to sort through,I can only give you my opinion as to what may be occurring,yes it is possible for spirits to cause chaos in families,I know of a family that this happened to,they ended up moving out of the home.It does sound as if you have some type of activity going on in the home.I would suggest that you do a little investigating on your own to gain a better perspective of what's happening.I would go to my local historical society and see who lived in the home or on the land at one time.The next thing I would do if I were in your shoes would be to grab a digital tape recorder and run it and ask some questions,such is there a spirit present,what is your name and why are you here,play back the tape and see if you find any intelligent responses to the questions that you have asked.Just so you know there are two types of haunting's,an intelligent one that you can interact with and a residual which is like a tape that plays over and over again embedded in time,it's the left over emotional energy from the people.This type of haunting you can't interact with.I would also suggest that you cleanse the home,you do this by smudging,it's how people clear their homes of any negative energies and or spirits.You burn sage to do this,you can burn the kind that you find in your grocery store spice isle,if you opt to do this,it must be burnt in each and every room and you must command the presense to leave in Jesus Christ's name,tell it that it's no longer welcomed in the home and you are banishing it for good.Some spirits aren't even aware that they have passed on and some need help in crossing over to the other side.I hope this will help you out and if you come up with any findings,please come back and share them with me.I wish you luck!

This is a lot of information. And my belief is that once people die, there is no way to prove what happens to their spirits. Science and Mathematics, the category your question is in, is about proof. There are many paranormal experts that are convinced that these phenomena actually exist. And they will tell you that they can measure them, but I don't believe their methods are considered good enough for publication. However, they may have insight into some of your problems because they've done a lot of troubleshooting. They know how to tell a hoax from what they consider the real thing.

Having said that, now this is what I do when I'm faced with something that I can't explain. I figure there are a lot of surprising things that Science hasn't figured out yet. I, also, know that no one's mind is one-hundred-percent perfect. The farthest Science can go is to admit they only can prove what they've published and the rest is uncertain. The Uncertainty Principle suggests that we can look at the universe from many different perspectives or points of view, but as we observe each point of view, each happening, many more things are hidden from us. We can see life in all its glory, but we cannot see what is in store for us, or others, in death.

So if we are not sure about how things really work (none of us are) then maybe some day, we'll be helpless on the "other side" (the unknown) and wouldn't it be great if the living people around us would remain calm and understanding? So I let myself relax, realizing that we're probably not alone.

Scientifically speaking, nothing exists except in relationship to something else. So you or someone that lives with you is in relationship to these things, but we don't know how. Accept the fact that you don't know how, that its okay not to know, and move on.

So my advice to you is to try to have empathy for things or spirits or magical phenomena that might be. One way to deal with your fear is to find ways of relaxing and exercising and staying healthy. If you are in that relaxed and loving state, you will spread that feeling to your family and any other entities that might exists. It seems to me that it is your reaction to surprise that is the biggest problem with your family. Don't find yourself thinking too much. Whatever it is, whatever happens, accept it as a miracle of the universe, the strange ways it sometimes operates and get on with your life.

well i would tell you from my knowledge i am a twin as a twin we have connections to the spirit world i know alot of things that i shouldnt know.....for one thing that entity that is in your house is dangerous it can manipulate you into hurting someone in your family .....if you have random mood swings that is a sign that the ghost is controling your mind.....every house has a history people lived there were born there and died there....when it comes the time for those people to pass away they have to go threw judgement...most of those souls dont get to cross over because of the horrible things that they have done...most can be a mortal sin....the worst sins a person can make is one the of the ten commandments you shall not take someones life....it is also a sin to commit suicide....most ghosts can also die a traggic death and that can cause them to stay behind and become a revengeful ghost.....it can also be a demon.....i would advice you to do three things....pray every single night and ask a priest to bless your house...also try to look up your homes history....basically look up if anyone has died in the house in the past decades and confront them....and if it continues,,,,move out of the house as soon as you can....its not a laughing matter it can be dangerous and yes its very real....the spirit world is very close its just that only a few of us are connected.... any more questions or if you want to hear my personal experiences email me at.... lizvillalobos@ymail.com

To answer your first question without the details, yes. When negative entities are around they sort of infect the area around them. Their negativity comes off of them in waves. After a while you can literally feel it in the air and it can depress people, it can make couples fight, children not get along etc.

Ghosts aren't normally like this but if they are trying to move stuff and make their presence known, they can make light bulbs blow out prematurely or electronics to act up....that could be viewed as bad luck and it could make someone really angry.

Before Grunge it was hair metal. I know this. I was there. Did you forget that? Mediocre pretty boys, with big hair, too much make up and very poppy sounds? HAIR metal was the worst thing to happen to music, by a long shot. What could Bon Jovi possibly done fpr the music scene?

About the whole thing being mad, yelling and such is probably just stress so you should try to take some time out and relax every once and a while.

I am not reading all of that, but to answer your question, I do know that demonic entities or evil spirits often make people angry for no reason!
