Lamb mince. What should i make?
I got some lamb mince while i was out shopping today because it was cheap. What are some good recipes i can use in which lamb mince is the main ingredient. i've got quite a large pantry, so i could probably fix up anything.

I boil some rice until it is almost cooked, then drain it and leave it. Then I fry the lamb in a wide pan and add some tinned tomatoes and curry powder. Then I cook that until the juice is almost gone and add the rice and stir fry for a couple of minutes. You can add some peas for colour and of course salt and pepper to taste.
easy and quick.
