I can't uninstall ESET NOD32 antivirus...?

I tried to uninstall using the normal method first. It didn't work. Then I downloaded a remover and it didn't work. It says: "The feature you're trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

Well you say "using the normal method"and if that is add/remove

then its not the method which Nod32 recommend.

What they say is........Important! Do not attempt to uninstall your ESET security

product using the Windows Add or Remove Programs utility from the Control Panel.

Click Start → All Programs → ESET → Uninstall. After you uninstall,

you will then need to restart your computer.

After restarting, confirm that you can see hidden files and folders by clicking Start → Control Panel → Folder Options → View and select the Show hidden files and folders option.

See the rest in the 1st link below.

Right click the Eset icon in the taskbar and disable it first.

If still no joy for whatever reason have a look at this link and maybe Download the ESET Uninstaller application (500 KB) and save it to your Desktop. There are two different d/loads...it depends on your OS. http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SO...
