Is it safe to put gel eyeliner in your waterline?

I just got a gel liner for the first time, im used to liquid and pencil, and I want to knwo if I can put it in my waterline.

    NO!!! gel liners and liquid liners do NOT go on the waterline, its not good. they go on your UPPER LID, or lower lash line!!!! D:

    Yes you can use gel liner for your waterline. It's probably safer (less likely to flake) with a pencil liner, but I use HIP Gel Liner on my waterline everyday. Just make sure you don't get it on your eye.

    I wouldn't recommend it because a lot of times these types of liners aren't tested to be worn on the waterline. Especially if you have sensitive eyes or wear contact lenses, I would skip it and just wear regular liner like MAC's Eye Kohl which has been tested to go on the waterline :)

    there is no longer something incorrect with putting gel liner on your waterline. I even have accomplished it for some years now. a sturdy product is the Maybelline Eyestudio gel line. you could %. it up at your community drug shops. They quite a few distinctive colorings
