JNLP FILE WILL NOT OPEN!?

Hello everyone. I am a student and i am taking an online course which has tutorials in JNLP files. They are recordings and i have java installed but i keep getting a error when i try to open them.

    your alerts are not to any extent further a lot good. possibly the position you computer is in basement or at an extremely severe position, prompt internet also each now and then were given laid low with technique of climatic situations. if plausible then use a cable from router to computer, in case you do not wanna use it then connect an additional desirable out door router to seize more desirable proper alerts. it may't be a virulent disease reason virus don't have to any extent further some thing to do with hardware like routers. i quite loved once you requested in wrestling section, it shows you quite like & trust us.
