paypal payment owed can the buyer take back payment?

i got a payment owed by paypal and i want to no if the buyer can dispute this payment because this payment does not have seller protection and i want to make sure they cant scam me and get there money back

Update:

some send me a payment by serives payment owed i want to know if they can dispute this claim

    Yes, they can. If they file a dispute, and you can't prove you sent their widget, paypal will reverse the payment.
