No human on earth can heal anyone. As one widely known evangelist says, "I couldn't heal a fly with a headache." God heals people and only He has that power. The Bible says that we can lay hands on the sick and they would be healed. God is the one that actually heals. Read what the Apostle Peter said to the people in the temple about the healing of the lame man in Acts chapter 3. I believe Benny Hinn would also say that he heals no one. I think I have heard him say that.
