Why do my knees hurt so much?
I started field hockey this past fall, everyday after school. After a month and a half my knees started to kill during practice and (I know this might be stupid) I kept on running. For the rest of the season I would come home with ice for both of my knees. Now when ever I run or walk around a lot they start to hurt, and yesterday after walking about a mile and playing basketball my knee gave out. My dad says I will get over it though. Do you agree?
