what can i do to get him off my head?

me and my ex had five months together..and we had many fights.i had to txt or call him because he wouldnt.so i got tired of it and txted him saying that it was over and he didnt care all he said was okay.ugghhh i was sooo mad!!! but now it has been a month since we havent talk and i really miss him. what should ii do now to get him off my head?

Just get rid of anything that reminds you of him like stuff he gave you or pictures.  I think it really helps to forget someone if you delete their number from your phone and delete them as friends on any social networking sites.  Delete any messages or emails from them too.  It may sound a little bitchy but you'd be surprised by how much it helps.  You'll be less inclined to check up on them secretly all the time online (everybody does it) and you won't be tempted to text them if their number isn't in your phone.  It's like starting fresh as if they never existed!

think about the pains he causeds you, and all the negative things. find a guy that fullfills what you ex couldnt do, and realize there are  much better guys. if he didnt care about losing you, then you shouldnt care for him. find the guy that cares, thats wants you.
