Tomato sauce or Cream of mushroom over a nice pork steak and simmered?

I have both and have to make a decision in a few minutes....what do you think?

    Cream of mushroom with added mushrooms and a tablespoon or so of dijon mustard, that is if you like mustard. That is what I do when I am in a hurry..It works.

    Brown the steak in a frying pan. remove and add sliced potatoes to the frying pan then the steak. Pour the mushroom soup mixed with about 1/2 can of water over the steak. Cover and Simmer on the stove for about 45 minutes. There you have your steak, potatoes and gravy all in one pan. We usually use pork chops.

    Mushrooms if you want, but I would rather have either as an entree and serve the pork with either fried tomatoes or mushrooms.

    I see cooking the pork like that a waste of the pork and the soup.

    Either one would be great but I would be more in the mood for tomato I think so I will go with it lol.
