Think I broke a few ribs the other day- pain and heavy bruising. No sweat as I am an engineer and combat vet. so yesterday I was on a ladder- 12 foot and rurned and hear/ felt a pop. After heavy pain- did not pee blood, spit or poop blood. Went to er last night- ice pack and 3 exrays. waited 5 hours and had to leave to leave and get my kids to bed. did not see xrays but paid bill and all that. Took today off to relax- fell better. question is- how do i know if broken or need to take more time off? This Hospital is not responding to my calls and want me to come back- more money i guess? Help me?

Can I reheat it tomorrow in the microwave, for just like 20-30 seconds?

I make bean soup all the time- mostly use northern beans or navy.....tonight I put some lima beans in a large bowl to soak over night...well, they kind of soaked up the water and ...split or blew up or something. Is this normal? Like I said, I'm no amature at this, but its kinda odd. Bad beans maybe? I've only used limas a few times...I need to know now before I continue and waste the nice pork I have. Getting older and had or have an alcohol problem. I'd like to clean myself up so to speak. I'm not trying to get healthy over night and I'm not trying to beat a urine test for drugs...I don't drink anymore, I just want to live better. I bought vitamins and a detox kit for like 'overall' cleansing but its like 7 pills a day....that doesn't seem right. Any ideas, serious ideas. I don't drink lots of colas and coffees.....
