What to do with about 1.5 lbs. or beef scraps from my work- a restaurant.?

Mostly end cuts and some fatty parts from a roast. Stew? Beef and noodles, shred for sandwiches?

All ideas welcome...

    Use them to make a beef broth for soups,sauces. Or the sammie idea would be good. Maybe a philly cheese steak at 1/2 price.

    if it is mostly fat scraps i would say use for a beef stock to make brown gravy

    if it is allot of beef and little fat i would say make hamburgers out of it ..

    remove the excess fat and grind for chile, meatloaf, stuffed peppers or meatballs.

    or

    make some beef soup.

    Grind up for hamburgers.
