Congratulations !! Becoming top contributor in any field is certainly a good thing. You wanted to be a top contributor, and you transformed your thoughts into reality. As far as choosing of fields for contribution is concerned, I personally feel that knowledge is knowledge, it should not be divided into compartments for general purposes, only for purpose of specialisation in any field, one should concentrate on that particular field for the time period required to achieve desired specialisation. But the supreme of super computers-The Humen Brain- should not be restricted by such prohibitive thoughts that one should attain knowledge of only a particular filed and avoid inputs from all other fields.All the fields of knowledge are directly and/or indirectly related with the humen beings, hence everyone should be open minded for all kinds of knowledge.

I don't know who that is, but most people reach top contributor status just by voting for their own answers.
