Did you feel it? Magnitude 4.4 quake shakes sleeping southern California.?

A moderate earthquake shook Los Angeles County early Tuesday,March 16,2010, waking many who were asleep at the time. The magnitude-4.4 quake struck at 4:04 a.m.abt 8sec.and was centered 1 mile east-northeast of Pico Rivera ...surrounding areas were rattled like Whittier,Santa Fe,Norwalk, and Lakewood.

    Yea I live in Pico Rivera. It was a good strong 4.4 earthquake. I can describe it as a strong jolt or explosion. I thought it was going to get stronger.

    I can feel a 3.5 when awake and the epicenter is near me. A 4.4 quake would only make me think my girlfriend ate bean burritos for supper.

    Yes I felt it and I absolutely did not like it. I still have the heebie jeebies. I hate earthquakes.

    it felt it! it was cool. los angeles hasn't gotten a felt able earthquake for a year.
