Tougher matchup Mayweather at 147 or Wright at 154?

Take this version of Floyd considering his track record at 147 and Wright at his best at 154 - who would be tougher for....say a guy like Shane Mosley?

Please explain why without saying one is undefeated and one isn't.

Update:

- quick note to remember, in Shane's rematch it was razor thin. One judge had it a draw, the other 2 both had it 7-5.

Winky Wright would be tough for anyone, and already had his way with Mosley. Floyd is smaller, so Shane will be more aggressive, but any way you look at it, they are both tough. Wink is a lot like Pernell Whitaker, he can stand in front of you and exchange, but he's still hard to land cleanly on. Wink bob & weaves, slips punches, blocks and makes his opponents miss about as well as anyone of recent note, Wright's a very awkward fighter who counters off everything thrown at him. Floyd on the other hand doesn't stand in front of his opponents, he moves, gives angles, and uses lateral movement and speed to stay out of range. I think Floyd is the tougher match up because you don't have to chase Wink down, Wink will be there firing back at you. Floyd on the other hand will lead you on a merry chase if your not careful, and a lot of the time you will never catch him. You can't beat what you can't hit.

"Battle at 154" was one that got Winky my attention and i thought was Shane's toughest fight, tougher than his losses against Vernon 2x and Cotto. The rematch just prove Wright's style was too difficult for Shane to solve.

Shane vs Floyd would be just as exciting but not as tough. Winky virtually just toyed with Shane the whole night and i dont think Floyd would allow himself open and get punched like Wright did. Other than Forest, Winky was Mosley's arch nemesis.

Tough question but I slightly lean towards Floyd Mayweather due to his counter punching ablility, which I believe is superior to Winky Wright's. In terms of defense, they were both equally effective with Wright using the peekaboo defense and Mayweather using the Philly shell or "shoulder roll"- Wright was better at blocking punches while Mayweather was better at rolling and slipping them to come back and counter with great accuracy.

In terms of offense, they're about even but I think Mayweather gets the nod in that category by a hair as well- Wright had one of the best jabs in the business and was a southpaw who threw a good right hook while Mayweather has a great left hook from the orthodox stance but his straight right is amazingly accurate and as previously stated, he counters better than Wright did. Wright would keep his opponents honest with his strong jab but in cases where his jab wasn't enough, he would cover up far too much and would wait too long to respond, which is why he lost a few early fights in his career as well as his fight with Fernando Vargas.

Wright gave Mosley back to back loses and those were tougher fights for Shane. Floyd has not proven himself at welterweight (147). Since taking the crown from journeyman Baldomir (who got lucky against Zab Judah), and after having fits against Judah (who lost to Baldomir again and lost bad to Cotto and Clottey), who are the other big name legit welterweight contenders he has faced? ODLHype? Hatton who's a Jr. Welter? JMM, a bloated grandpa forced to come up a catchweight of 144lbs and then you have PBF Jr. saying "Oops, I cannot make the weight. I don't want to dehydrate myself so why not accept this $600K and we call it even." There's PBF Jr.'s track record for you at 147.
