when you download the images from internet then with use of photoshop you are able to remove these words

There is no simply way to do it, depending on the picture, it can take 1 minute or 1 day.
Though I would like to point out, the Words are there either to stop you ripping (stealing and claiming as your own) the image or under copyright.
Your best option is to ask the owner of the image, for the original source(s).
