Example: Making a gate out of pipe. 15ft long.. 6.5ft high on one end.... 4ft on the other. I'm trying to figure out what angles to cut the ends of the pipe for them to match up perfectly. is there a prodram to figure these for me by inputting the dimensions?

I'm going to assume the image you're describing to a right trapezoid.
Draw trapezoid ABCD. AB // CD.
AB = 6.5, CD = 4, AD = 15
B and C are right angles. You want to compute the other 2.
Draw altitude DH.
HBCD is a rectangle --> CD = BH = 4 --> AH = 2.5
AHD is a right triangle.
--> cos(A) = AH/AD = 2.5/15 = 1/6
--> <A = arccos(1/6) ≈ 80.4
<D = 180 - <A ≈ 99.6
