Hidden phone numbers and cell phone bills, will the number be there?

If a person gets a call on their cell phone from another person who has hidden their number to show on the caller ID as "unavailable", will the actual number of the caller be recorded in the first person's phone bill?

Update:

Thanks everyone... I was asking because my friend is getting threatening phone calls and we can't figure out who they're coming from.

Not on the bill, but the information

exists in the system, it just usually

requires a court order to extract it.

Easiest way round that is don't

    answer or accept "unavailable"

callers, so they have to unblock

to reach you, THEN you have it.

welllll first off be happy that your parents care!!! even though it can be annoying. next you can have the detailed billing removed from the number but your parents will worry then and possibly remove your phone from your possession. Do you want to risk it?? Also the information will still be available for them to view on the website.

That's why you need a Google voice number. You never have to give out your real number then. People call your GV number and it rings on whatever phone you assign it to ring on. Then you can set GV to ignore calls that are blocked or any number that you want to have blocked. Its great!
