Yes, you can sync your iPod with iTunes but this method will delete all your playlist

When you plug it into Itunes all your playlist should show up and from there you delete them. If you delete them there then they'll get deleted in your ipod too,

You can delete them from iTunes and then sync your iPod or you can uncheck them from the music section under iPod which is under devices. Then sync your iPod.
