What Would CAuse The Clear Coat On a Cars Paint To Basically Bubble up to A Whiteish Layer Then Flake Off?
I Noticed spots under wheel well and one spot by door where clear coat i'm guesssing is basically bubbleing or puffing out to a whitish layer then peel flake off then just keep going? 2oo7 Dodge Charger Washed And Maintained Regulalry And Baby'd ???

It's not you it's a factory defect. i would take it to a Dodge dealer and see if they will fix it. Ford had to do that on trucks that was 5 years old.

sand all of it back off. first you would be able to desire to spray a minimum of two coats of brand call type primer, then paint and sparkling. permit the primer take a seat for 3 hours, then sand it with 4 hundred grit til comfortable then paint. good luck
