is it okay to take midol tomorrow if i took acetaminophen today?
i took 2 acetaminophen today for menstrual cramps but they didn't help much. the midol label specifically says do not take with other products containing acetaminophen. today i took an acetaminophen at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. would it be okay if i took a midol tomorrow morning? thank you.

If it's after 8PM your time, you can take a Midol now. The warning is there so you don't take acetaminophen products and Midol at the same time.

If you phone a local pharmacy, i.e. a London Drugs pharmacy, they should be able to tell you. Or you could call your family doctor. If the midol label specifically mentions acetaminophen, I assume it would be best until you're sure the acetaminophen is out of your system before taking midol. Eating sweet things sometimes helps with cramps a little bit. Surprisingly, playing a wind instrument can help ease or at least distract you from menstrual cramps.
