Do all felines enjoy petting?

Since domesticated felines like cats like petting, do most or all other felines enjoy it? This includes larger cats such as lions, bobcats etc.. Has there ever been a study on such a thing?

I know that tamed lions in zoos like petting. I recall seeing it on a television show.

Probably. I have seen a photo of a bobcat rubbing foreheads with a scientist. Cats of all sizes are remarkably similar in their behavior. They like their necks scratched and their foreheads petted. Not too long ago I saw a video of a house cat on the internet rubbing its neck on the right hand of its owner while the owner was playing guitar.
