March Madness Poll: Should the NCAA field be expanded from it's current 65?
Every year there's such talk, but it appears we may be close to it actually happening.

What do you think, should the field be expanded or does that just dilute the special accomplishment of making the tournament?
Thanks.

no. there is no team that doesnt make the tournament that has a chance to win the tournament, so what is the point? it is only going through this year because north carolina, ucla, uconn and indiana didnt make the tournament and those teams make for good tv ratings. in reality, the only reason to expand the tournament IMO would be to allow every confrence regular season champ in the tournament in addition to every confrences tournament champ, so that the small confrence champs that arent well regarded can get in. but that would only require adding like 4-5 teams depending on the year, not the 32 or whatever that is being proposed.

NO! The tournament is just fine with the 65 they have. Adding more teams just waters down the tournament. It is a special elite club that should not be tampered with.

I think that the eventual Champions will win anyway because 16 plays 1.
Between the regional games & the NCAA Torney that's a lot of competition.

This is another case of "everyone gets a trophy".. NO.. you commend those that make it in the tournament and get rid of those that don't. It's the same every year.
Everyone does NOT get a trophy!

NO - if they keep expanding it the tournament will lose it's meaning and become very mediocre.

no, it is fine just how it is, every year some team bi**hes and moans about not getting in, well if you were so good you wouldn't be ranked out of the top 64, period, GO BUCKEYES!!
