the very best is myxer all have to do is sign up no paying it will send u a message with a link to download it some users chage but so far i have found all the songs i want for free and they download the speed of light and work great and i tryed that vetones and it costs to sign up its cheap 6.99 a month for boost but still its better when u can get it 4 free

phonezoo.com you can make your own ringtones, or browse some already made. it's free and they can use any phone you just need to submit your cell phone number. it's a great site. :]
