You need a VHS player an a DVD recorder an blank DVD { dvd r w ' s } .First hook your antenta out on your vhs player to the antenta in side of dvd recorder { so the dvd recorder can recieve vhs tape single } next hook antenta out on dvd recorder to antenta mount on tv { so you can see what your recording } put tape into vcr a put blank dik in dvd recorder.Press record on your dvd recorder an then press play on vhs player an enjoy. Note ; some movies cannot be transferd because of copy write protected within the video singals
