HELP! iTunes Troubles?

Okay, so on iTunes, you know that scroller on the far right side that enables you to go up and down the page? Well, you know how there is supposed to be another scroller that enables you to go left and right of the screen? I can't find it! Can someone please help me? Thanks!

    I checked my itunes. It should be at the bottom. You should download it again
