Helsinki or Tallin Weekend?

I will be in Helsinki for business in mid-April and have a free weekend. Since I will have already spent a few days in Helsinki (for business), would you recommend I take the ferry to Tallin, Estonia or stay in Helsinki for the weekend? Or other easy weekend options? I will be alone Friday night til Sunday night free and am interested in walking around the sights and drinking in pubs at night. What do you suggest?

Go to tallinn, helsinki is a relatively modern city, but tallinn has a lot of medieval castle buildings and such. Also there are plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants in the down town area. If possible, stay in or very close to the old town. Helsinki is a nice city too, but if you've already been there a while you might as well check out something new, and it will be somewhat cheaper

Go to Tallin. Your duty frees will be welcome after a few weeks in Finland and you'll get to see somewhere new. I know if I had a free day or two in Helsinki I'd be on a budget airline or ferry to see new things nearby though I cast no aspertions on Helsinki or the Finns. If you're in that part of the world, see as much as you can.

Obviously Estonia/Tallinn is a bit cheaper than Helsinki, but if you don't like buying fake goods illegally, then stay in Helsinki. Both places should have decent places for both sightseeing and nightclubbing as well.

A could desire to-bypass place. It demands yet another ferry trip yet that one is extremely short and much less high priced. - Linnanmäki, an enjoyment park, demands time - Tuomiokirkko, a white, huge dome in the city midsection - Senaatintori (Senate sq.), a plaza in front of Tuomiokirkko, inspect the encompassing homes and the statue in the midsection. - Kauppatori, a block removed from the above, a industry sq. by way of the sea. significant homes and the area the place the ferry to Suomenlinna stops - stroll down the Esplanades from Kauppatori and then bypass to Kamppi, a procuring mall. - Eduskuntatalo, the governmental construction of Finland.
