...so there are these small bumps all over my legs and arms. they're skin coloured and don't really do anything mut make my legs look really bad. If you can even tell my what it is i'll be gr8ful.

Are you constantly in a warm temperated environment? If so it can be caused by sweat? It's very common and i see it regularly...i suggest getting a scrub kind of shower gel, one with coarse herbals in. That usually helps and will open the larger pores to release all those chemicals in the bumps!

It sounds like you have over sized pores. Its not uncommon and it will go away eventually :)
