Why do people ask questions that they could easily answer themselves using Google?

The internet is not always user friendly, it is better to ask the present public for advice in order to guide us when googleing things, not everything is easy to find on google without up to date information from real people first, their advice can be the first stepping stone to finding out where to start looking before searching on the daunting search engines. Also just searching on random sites for info is dangerous, it is so easy to click on a dodgy site unwittingly and "Bang" you have yourself a virus or trojen on your hands, at least this site is well known and safer.

Because they are interested in other peoples view points and experiences and they like to interact with others.

Sometimes its hard to find certain items on google. Like the weed killer I use. Secato.
