Microsoft has a product called IAS (internet authentication service), Its been a while since I have used it, although I think it allows you to do what you want.

It definitely comes as part of SBS2003, not sure if its standard or extra with normal server 2003,- Worth a look tho

attempting to "information superhighway out" what you favor, you favor to remove the computer from the area, yet shop the computer and settings out of your previous account, perfect? you may try this, i do no longer use outlook so i will not communicate to that. Create a clean community person account with admin authority. Create your new person account that you favor to apply on a commonly used foundation, and logon to that account a minimum of once (you could go on line to rather create all the person folders). Log onto the recent admin account, substitute the folder concepts to view hidden and gadget documents, then reproduction all the documents from the person listing of your previous area account to the recent non-area account (you won't be able to be logged onto both the source or destination money owed with the intention to reproduction all the documents/folders)
