What side effects have you experienced from Escitalopram/Cipralex and how long did they last?

I starting taking Cipralex about a month and a half ago. I suffered from depression for years and was trying to go about it "natually" with no improvement. This medication really really helped me! I feel back to my normal self again. The first two days I experience headaches but those subsided. During the first week I experienced heightened anxiety, which is quite common. Now I am myself. My dreams are more vivid then they used to be but thats it.

I took Cipralex for 5 years without any side effects at all until the Dr. decided to reduce my dose to see how i coped which didn't go well so i was immediately put back to a higher dose.

Unfortunately i had a stomach bleed, hospital told me that cipralex could have been the reason, especially going from low dose, high dose, messed my tummy up. I was immediately taken off them just in case.

If only i could go back on Cipralex, i would be fine, they were the best for me.

I had dizziness and vivid dreams the entire time I was on it, around 2-3 months. It did nothing for my OCD. I was taking 30mg.
