digibox problems tried everything?
we have 2 digiboxes on the same ariel both used to work fine then one keeps getting problems, the pictures freeze up or are pixilated, and this goes on for hours then suddenly it clears,we got a new digbox but still have the same problems with the pictures ,it now says bad or no signal, the other box however works fine. we have checked the ariel, cables,and. connections. help!

This is a software abnormality. It comes up when Windows or whatever program this is finds out that a required file is missing or a bad file script. Questions you might want to reflect upon include, have you deleted something recently without realizing what you're deleting and have you recently been infected by a type of malware (spyware, viruses, trojans, worms). If you have deleted something accidentally or recently been infected by malware, your best choice, if running WinXP or WinME or Win2k, would be to run system restore and restore the computer to a point before being infected or deleting the file. If running older versions, take your computer to a computer repair store or you could reinstall your OS if it came with a CD, but then again that causes you to lose all your files.
