I do weights, how much protein do i need?

im 16, been working out for almost 4 months now....i have noticed a good difference since i started, but i cant figure out if im wating enough protein daily.... how much do i need? im 65 kg, and i dont wanna get big.......... my goal is to be like them soccer players, u knw how they arent big, but they have muscles everywhere.... lolz

Give us ur advice. the main things i eat a lot is "Eggs" and "Yogurt"

    eggs / yogurt !! you kidding me !! :) this stuff has low protien amount !!

    you need (1 gm protien / 1 lbs of your weight)

    so you are 150lbs i guess,, so you need @ 150 gm of protien each day to build mucsle

    you can find high amount of protien in meet / fish / chicken

    1 chicken breast has 30-35 grams protein

    1 can of tuna has about 20 gm protien

    btw 1 egg has just 6 gm protien ,, and you CAN NOT EAT MORE THAN 2 EGGS A DADY !! <<< too much cholistrol

    to gain muscle i think you need 1-1.5x your weight or something i'm sure i read that somewhere on the net like on ehow or wikihow articles on gaining muscle or something........... ? idk much more other than that so i can't even help tbh lol. i think the guy above probably has it covered?
