What does smothering someone mean and how can you stop doing it ? I want things to be the same again. :(
The guy that told me this is being distant, and not acting sweet and lovey-dovey like he used to torwards me. He rarely ever wants to talk to me anymore. Helpppppp, it's greatly appreciated.

Are you always trying to contact him? Are being clingy and needy? That would be smothering. Some people just need their space.

Maybe he just got tired of u and dosent want to be with u anymore or u probly is just smothering him.
1. dont call him first anymore, wait for him to call u.
2. dont txt him first wait for him to txt u and then when he dose, wait 5mins n then txt him back.
3. start goin places and act like your busy all the time and then hes gonna wanna start spending more time with u.
After u do all that, if hes still being distant from u or if ur not happy with how ur relationship is goin, then just leave him and move on.

let him call you.
the more you don't call/text/hug him
the more he will want to call/text/hug you.
