Internet Explorer: tools > internet options > privacy > slide the slider all the way down to "low" or "accept all cookies"
Firefox: tools > options > privacy > change to "firefox will: Remember history"
Google Chrome: "little wrench icon" > options > under the hood > cookie settings > "allow all cookies"
