How do you get firmer skin in the back of your thighs?
Im 13 years old , turning 14 this year and i hate having cellulite , i know you cant get rid of cellulite but how do you at least make the back of your thighs look smoother cause that's the area i have it on.
Most of my friends don't even have cellulite and i get jealous cause they don't have it and i do , i've tried running , and other things and they just won't work.
I also want to lose weight since im very short and i want to look a slight bit taller , i've had problems with weigh since i was about 12.
HELP?!

Amanda, I could help you better if you have posted you actual height. But being as it is, I could guess that your weight is well over 120 lbs and that the cellulite deposit are caused by imbalanced diet. Please keep up your exercise schedules, these will slowly but surely pay off in the long run, remember that it took a lot of time for your body to gain all those extra pounds and so it will also take some time and patience for them to completely disappear.
Lastly, do not worry too much, be happy and enjoy your youth. It is unhealthy to have anxiety over a less-than-perfect body image. Do trust your own judgment. A healthy mental attitude is just as important as physical fitness.

First, your friends don't have it YET. Just about everyone gets it, just not usually in their early teen years. Do squats. You'll work your legs and butt that way. Trust me, if you have it on your legs, it's on your butt too. Start off with like 20 in the morning and night. Then when you get used to them, add a few more. DON'T START OUT WITH A LOT. You can hurt yourself doing too many if your body isn't used to it.
