PL1A and PL1B are the same are in the same area in better proximity to the stage while STANDING would be behind PL1A and PL1B.

I would assume it's the part of the floor you'd be standing in. For example it may be that there is a section at the front that is saved for the people that pay more, or a raised platform at the back.
I can't say for sure but that sounds likely.
