If he is shy, don't do anything. Last thursday, I passed by this girl I had been flirting with, and she said to this other girl how much she liked my smile. I wanted to say how much I liked her ***, but I turned my head the other way. The next day it was very awkward. just try to casually encounterhim and talk to him. get ur friends to talk 2 him too. also try to flirt with him but only if he knos u well, he wouldnt like some strange girl(unless ur SUPER hot) to go up to him and flirt with him

Just be nice and helpful, and don't worry how you come out to him. Do that, and a relationship will ensue.
