Anyone Have trouble with Capitol One and Fraud Problems?
I filed a fraud claim and they would not honor the claim at all said it was not fraud ,,,It was outright fraud. I am thinking of starting a Website to seek others who have had problems and possibly a Class action lawsuit.
If Nothing Else I would Like to publicize their reluctance to stand behind their insistence on Backing up their Customers against Fraud

I had the same problem about 8 years ago, so they obviously aren't doing anything about it.
