NEED HELP FROM A MAJOR COMPUTER EXPERT! (Control Panel Expert)?

Ok, so I'm not going to lie to you. I'm pretty advanced in configuring computer options and whatnot but about a month ago something happened on my laptop that even I don't know how to fix!

When I go to the computer's default uninstaller (Control Panel --> uninstall a program)

Only 26 out of my total 73 programs show up and many of these programs can only be uninstalled my using this uninstaller.

Also, when I install a new program or reinstall one that didn't show up before, it now shows up.

I want to know if there's something I can do to solve this mess without having to reinstall everysingle program I have on this laptop.

And here's what I know that might help you solve my problem..

- I have 0 system restores. (accidentally deleted them one day) --> I'm a klutz.

- I can't reformat so don't even answer with that

So please help, I'm in dear need. And thank you for all non-stupid suggestions.
