I want to get involved in some kind of US Soldiers Pen Pal/ Care packages program?
Okay so there are several different websites/organizations involved in sending things to soldiers, but I can't figure out which is best.
I was hoping to send letters and things that might help out.
Any suggestion?

I was involved in Adopt-a-Platoon a number of years ago. It's a good organization and will sort of "place" you with a soldier that you can write to and send care packages along the way. It's pretty gratifying and sort of fun to have a 'friend' overseas.
Google adopt-a-platoon and see if you can get any of your questions answered there. It's a nice thing you're doing.
